Calculating Success: Rethinking Wisconsin's Recycling Grant Formula

Municipalities in charge of their recycling program under Wisconsin's Recycling Law, known as Responsible Units (RUs), are eligible for state grant funds to help offset some of their program costs. 

Where does this grant money come from?  What are the issues with the current formula for calculating how much an RU will receive?  What are some possible solutions to achieve a more equitable distribution, and to help promote efficiencies and innovation?

This FREE webinar will address these questions, and include a discussion and comment period.  Following the webinar, attendees will be able to provide written comments (via a Feedback Form) to the AROW Board of Directors for their consideration in making a more formal statement to State Legislators.
